Reformer Pilates Classes

A curated, four-level journey. Designed to move with you — and move you forward.

  • Lay the groundwork. Master the machine.

    The starting point for refined movement. Foundational form, breath work, and body awareness. Designed to build confidence and fluency in the method.

    Ideal for: New to Reformer, post-rehab, or returning movers

    Focus: Alignment, breath, spinal mobility, joint stability, deep-stabilizer activation.

    Tempo: Controlled, Intentional

    Goal: Build body literacy, prevent injury, move with confidence, building mind to muscle connection.

    A step forward in complexity and coordination. Seamless transitions, increased layers, and the introduction of intentional, and refined movement.

    Ideal for: People who have grown out of Tone & Align, People looking to become more intermediate movers.

Questions

  • Tone and MVMT is accessible to all fitness levels. We have curated classes to meet you where you’re at. Whether you are new to the Reformer, or a master in the craft — Our classes aim to challenge and elevate.

  • Grip Socks are required at all Tone & MVMT studios and are available for purchase.

  • Yes! All clients must create an account in order to purchase sessions credits or memberships. This can be done on our website or downloading our app on the App Store + Google Play (Launching Soon)

  • Wear clothes that you are comfortable working out in. For both safety and sanitary reasons, we require that you wear grip socks in all studios. Please bring your refillable water bottle. We have a filtering station you can use to refill. Lockers are available for valuables.

  • We are located at 155 Northfield Dr W. You can reach Tone & MVMT by the LRT and Car. Tone & MVMT has ample on-premise parking in the front of the club, or around back. Luxury starts with easy parking!

  • No showers, but no sweat—literally. Our workouts are designed to be high-intensity yet low-impact, meaning most guests leave feeling strong and energized, not drenched. We’ve got lockers for your belongings and a restroom where you can freshen up or change if needed.

  • Yes! Tone and MVMT members have two hours of aprés access to the Bar, Kitchen and Lounge to grab a post-workout sip + bite.

  • No! Tone & MVMT is open to 100% of the population. We are so grateful to be housed within a health and wellness destination.

  • Doors open 15 minutes before class—arrive early to get settled, change into your reformer gear, and store your things. Your guide will walk you through the reformer so you’re ready to move. Late arrivals can’t be accommodated, so plan ahead to make the most of your session.

  • To ensure the safety of our guests, everyone must arrive prior to a session start time as late entry will not be permitted. We require that all new guests receive a proper introduction to the Guide and reformer, so we suggest arriving 10-15 minutes before your session begins. Thank you for understanding!
