The Need to Knows about tone and mvmt.

Our space will purposely hold 10 Reformers. Overcrowding isn’t our thing. Intentional movement is.
No! Our space is open to 100% of the population. A Tone & MVMT Membership is required for Reformer + Mat Pilates.
Whether you move with us on a drop-in, class pack or unlimited monthly basis. Your 50 minute class is complemented with on-premise parking, cold-towel service, individual restrooms and aprés access of the Bar, Kitchen and Lounge.
Grip Socks are required at all Tone & MVMT studios and are available for purchase.
Wear clothes that you are comfortable working out in. For both safety and sanitary reasons, we require that you wear grip socks in all studios. Please bring your refillable water bottle. Lockers are available for valuables.
